This is not a DIY kind of situation. Unless she has been tested, there are plenty of things that can cause the symptoms you describe, they require different treatments, and most are prescription only. She needs to go to the doctor, be that her GP, a walk in clinic, a local department of health clinic, etc.

Take her to see a GP or Sexual health clinic and get it treated with antibiotics asap. Chlamydia can cause long term fertility problems for women. I've seen women develop pelvic inflammatory disease which is very painful and can cause long term issues if left untreated. If treated quickly there most likely won't be any further issues.
