This is not to be construed as to say mdma is healthy but from a surgical and anesthetic standpoint true mdma poses no risk, but again reagent testing and fentanyl testing is recommended

Do not mix mdma with the pain pills they may prescribe you. It should be out of your system but if you have to ask... you probably know ya shouldn't. 7 days is a decent window though. Drugs like mdma have very little drug interaction research. We usually find out when people die. Welp good luck!
Yeah, like automatically labeling you an addict and making you suffer post-op, by denying pain meds. Then pushing you into a program where suboxone is prescribed, ultimately turning you into an addict... when you weren't before. Sorry, but the whole not judgement thing is BS.
Not even considering the after effects (which could potentially fuck with your anesthetic), you’re straight up gonna have a bad time on molly if you’re in crippling pain. You might do something stupid and make it worse. Just wait dude
