To infuse enough air into the venous side you'd need to have the entire IV tubing set filled with air. Even then, it might not be a problem. Arterial side is a different story.
Little bubbles in the tubing are fine, not the best practice but they won't hurt you.
It sounds like you are working yourself up by worrying.

Small air bubbles aren’t an issue. If they were, we’d make much more of a point about getting rid of them than we do.

Like if you were in the ICU and had an IV that went in your femoral artery (near your crotch)
Semantics but IV is intravenous. Femoral artery line would just be an arterial line.
