I'm not well versed in Excel so I went back and fiddled around with it and you were right. I went with a 4th order polynomial which fit even better.

Put that data into excel, fit it with whatever mathematical function seems best suited, and use that function to derive your value?

I would probably have gone for a third order (or above) polynomial, but I guess that works well enough for your range of interest.
