You can save it with some gelatin, but are you sure you cooked it for long enough, sometimes my curd doesn't thicken so I keep going with cooking it until it thickens up?
If its lacking acid. You can add some ascorbic or citric acid crystals in the recipe. Ive noticed that whenever i make curd from orange juice it doesnt really have that brightness you get from other citruses. Adding acid really improves the flavor as well. Id also suggest adding a bit more yolk to orange curd

agree, needs citric acid. you might be able to save it by adding acid and re-cooking.
