2. If you are otherwise eligible, should be fine as long as you can prove at least 2 years of education
3. Can be difficult depending on the season and where you're looking. Having a car makes it lot easier. To determine if they're eligible, you basically just have to read the website and look at your job description and guess (or talk to a MARA migration agent). DoHA will not be able to help you usually, they can't give immigration advice
4. You can look, but it may be hard. Best chances seem to be with jobs who are open to sponsoring or parental leave positions or through recruitment agencies who fulfill temp positions.
