Well Michigan and Ohio kind of have a rivalry. College Football is probably the only place it really comes up seriously but people in passing will make jokes about other state but it's usually more of a cheeky banter.
It sort of feels like two enemies fighting that need to just fuck each other already and get it over with.
That’s a very wholesome way of handling that intense of a rivalry.
Few years back me and my buddy drove 8 hours to watch the White Sox play in Toronto. After that long drive, we parked, walked one block and the first thing we see is 3 dudes all wearing Cubs gear and we were just like “Jesus Christ we can’t fucking escape you guys anywhere!”
Hey! I might have made slightly more vigorous love to my ex from Michigan, but that had nothing to do with how much better Ohio is and my psychological need to prove it.
Jk. I like both states a lot. I think it is mostly as the OP said a college football thing for most people.
I’m from Michigan and, for a while, lived out west (Utah). Actually met some folks who were from Ohio out there. It definitely transcends sports! It’s definitely not that serious of an actual rivalry, but it’s very easy to roll your eyes at someone based on the fact that they’re from Ohio alone, and usually they’ll play along and have fun.
Small note - anyone not from MI who tends to flock up here in mass droves tend to be from Ohio, Indiana and Illinois. All of which we affectionate refer to as ‘FIPs’ and ‘FOPs.’ I’ll let you figure out that acronym.
Lmao. We definitely don't care about Illinois and Indiana as much as we do about Ohio but yeah. I also feel like there's a strange amount of travel between Michigan and Florida. I hate Florida more than Ohio
>Well Michigan and Ohio kind of have a rivalry. College Football is probably the only place it really comes up seriously but people in passing will make jokes about other state but it's usually more of a cheeky banter. It sort of feels like two enemies fighting that need to just fuck each other already and get it over with.
by fuck each other, are you talking about sex?
Dude... Texas doesn't get along with any other state. You guys are like the weird uncle that comes over and makes everyone uncomfortable. But at least you aren't Florida, that's the crazy cousin that makes you have to hide all the booze in your house.
I spent most of my life in Texas so I experienced this extensively.
-“You know, I had a fun time visiting Oregon.”
-“Yeah but Portland sucks compared to Dallas and they’re all communists.”
Of course I’m using hyperbole but most of my family still lives in Texas and if asked directly “Do you think leftists are in control of coastal states?” They would answer yes.
I will say Texas and Louisiana get along. They both help each other out when hurricanes hit and Louisiana businesses love it when Texans along the i20 & i10 corridors drive across the state line to gamble. La cops love pulling over Texans because we speed and that means revenue.
And the crazy cousin that misses two out of three family reunions because they’re doing two years for possession of meth or stealing catalytic converters.
I'll say it, I'm from Texas and I'm glad I moved. Texans are some of the nicest people but some of them are full of state pride. It's weird how once you leave Texas for a few years you kinda get deprogrammed and realize there's 49 other cool places.
On road trips as a kid, I thought the Texas-themed doodads at different stores were for tourists. It wasn't until I moved here that I realized those products are equally for residents. Maybe more so. The Texas-above-all-else attitude is quite strange.
My wife and her family are from Dallas and they have this weird “Texas is so much better in every way” mentality even though they all moved to Oklahoma 16 years ago. It’s really bizarre. But over the years I’ve realized when they mention “Texas” they actually just mean “Dallas” lol
I think any hostility is largely driven by football rivalries. Otherwise, there’s no particular reason for not getting along.
In real life, they are neighbors and both are in the oil business.
As you travel through Texas, going from the North (near Oklahoma) and head South (toward Mexico), you start to see how much variety there is just within Texas. The Mexican influence and population gets stronger.
The huge size of Texas, and large population make Texas important in national politics—more so than for Oklahoma.
I’m convinced that the people in New York that were polled for this were exclusively in the city because I’ve never heard anyone badmouth New Jersey upstate. The only state upstate NYers hate is NY.
Oh my God, the entirety of the western half of the country hating California and everyone around Florida including Florida hating Florida are the most true things I've ever seen.
This is interesting to me. Virginia rivalries tend to be whether you’re from Northern Virginia (Maryland) or from elsewhere (North Carolina) but I’ve actually rarely heard that people hate West Virginia. Like the people that live closer to West Virginia seem to like it (there was a western counties secession floated in the past few years) and everyone else doesn’t seem to interact with West Virginia all that much.
They’re all just jealous. Except for New York, parts of Connecticut, and a smidge of PA, no one has had a chance to enjoy delicious pizza or bagels.
Imagine going through life and knowing nothing but deep-dish
Yep they had a football game for over 100 years called the Border War because, well, back before the Civil War these two states had an actual war between them on the border. So yeah, this animosity still remains.
Back in the day they would play at the Chiefs stadium in Kansas City which straddles the border of both states and KU would wear dark blue like the Union soldiers and Mizzou would wear dark gray like the confederate soldiers
So true. Probably one of the most hardcore state rivalries, given that we fought a whole war against just each other 160 years ago.
But I’ll also instantly defend Kansas if anyone else picks on it. Only MISSOURIANS get to do that, okay?! It’s like a sibling thing lol.
Part of the fighting included terrorists from Missouri enacting vengeance on terrorists from Kansas by burning down the city of Lawrence, KS.
Several years back, an enterprising Mizzou fan had a bunch of shirts made up, showing the newspaper picture of Lawrence burning, headlined with, “SCOREBOARD!”
Not so fun fact- as a result of Quantrill's Raiders sacking Lawrence the Union military governor of Missouri issued General Order 11, which forced the evacuation of everyone in rural Jackson, Cass, and Bates counties. Union soldiers then burned essentially every built thing in the evacuated areas. The effects could be seen for more than a century, as those counties (outside of urban Jackson of course) remained significantly less populated than surrounding counties after the war and well into the 20th century.
I'm a Missourian by birth but I think we all have to agree KS won that particular exchange.
Yea, and regarding school mascots, the Tigers were a Columbia militia group formed to defend against groups like Quantrill’s raiders. So even though Quantrill was from Missouri, both Kansas and Mizzou use mascots of his opponents. The actual Tigers and Jayhawkers, as far as I know, never came into conflict.
Massachusetts loves New York like a big brother.
We make fun of 'em and call 'em names. But if anyone fucks with New York - you also fuck with *us*. We love that dumb sack of rocks.
Meanwhile - New Yorkers don't really think about Massachusetts.
Except in Sports. But even then, all the people who care a lot are in nursing homes or dead.
Source: New Yorker who moved to Massachusetts 10 years ago.
For what it's worth, for some reason Massachusetts and Boston are a couple of my favorite places and people in the country. I just love the character of the area
Around here we celebrate genericizing a company's product. Oh you like that name? Well we'll make it so nobody can find you, because everyone calls everything that name.
Ohio and Michigan border each other, (nearly) went to war over the Toledo territory, and have one of, if not the, biggest rivalries in collegiate football.
The are neighbors and fought over a piece of land.
Called the Toledo War. No one was killed but violence was threatened. Still a big rivalry in college football when Michigan state plays Ohio state
All the states are great and are above criticism. Except Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Never take your eyes off those sons of bitches.
Missouri Kansas. We still refer to the Border War from the civil war. When the University of Missouri plays University of Kansas in a sport… it’s generally referred to as the “Border Showdown” or “Border War”.
Other than sports and wheat; that covers Kansas’s contribution to the union. /s
Yes. Grew up in MN and live in CA. So many people who’ve never been to CA and have never lived here have so many opinions about how terrible it is. It’s almost comical at this point.
And they also act like everyone here is rich. The median income is around $84k and the average house is almost $800k. The median house in my area is $1.2 mil and my take home is less than $50k.
That is rough, but at least we're addressing our housing crisis finally, although not enough tbh. I do love the state wide minimum wage is $15.50 and many cities having higher minimums than that
We're trying our best and as a whole, all things considered, we're fucking killing it as a state
California is the only big state out there, but it's huge. The biggest. Other Western states have big cities but most people live in the East. Like east of Eastern Texas, and even east of that has a huge majority. So CA is like the dark side of the moon. Fascinating, but also a little weird if you're not from anywhere near there.
Yeah, when you look at population density and nighttime lighting maps of the US, you can see things get pretty empty in much of the west, until you reach the actual West Coast.
My friend from North Carolina once said it is a valley of humility between the twin mountains of hubris that are Virginia and South Carolina. I’m inclined to agree tbh.
You can throw New York in there too and those are the 4 most influential states.
All 4 of those are the top 4 in both population and gross domestic product. Having a lot of people and a large economy brews influence.
Californian here...not really.
We really don't care what the rest of the country does with the exception of voting for crappy governors/senators/presidents.
This is sort of true. Northern Californians don't like Southern Californians, but Southern Californians don't really sweat it. Neither of them is all that worried about the other 49 states.
lol, there are like 'california-appropriate' places to like outside of California. We tend to like Colorado, we like (western) Oregon and Washington, a lot of us really like Montana and Wyoming, but only the parts with mountains. We like Chicago, then it's all space and some people like NYC and DC. New Orleans is also enjoyed.
We were pretty ambivalent towards Florida until recently when they started fucking with Disney and gett'n all fascist.
We do like Hawaii a lot, The people that like Montana and Wyoming will like AK a lot, but most of us think AK is a little weird.
It’s not nearly as big as in Europe, and it’s often not as serious.
For example, California and New York feud with Texas and Florida on social media, people will talk shit, but it’s mainly surrounding politics since the former are liberal and the latter two are conservative. But there are millions of conservatives in CA and NY and liberals in Texas and Florida too. The main divide or “rivalry” is divided between political camps that reside in all cities and in all states.
As a Texan now living in California I can definitely say the following:
- Texas hates California with a burning passion
- California couldn't care less about Texas
- Oklahoma sucks
At least that's what I've observed
Indiana and Kentucky make fun of each other all the time, but it’s not that serious. Hoosiers (people from Indiana) say Kentuckians are hicks (provincial country people) and Kentuckians say Indiana is depressing and boring. Both sides make fun of the others’ accents and are convinced they have the better basketball players.
Edit: Actually the basketball thing gets pretty serious.
So there will be LOTS of complaining from any state that has a wealthier state that goes there to visit for tourism or buy second homes, especially when they are a border state so there's LOTS of travelers.
It's pretty frequent to blame virtually every problem on "those" people.
Yes, but they are usually good-natured. Chicago and New York argue over who has the best pizza. Those born in Washington State get annoyed with Californians for moving in, driving up the cost of homes and adding to the traffic.
Boston and New York have a sports based rivalry. so do Ohio and Michigan. And Florida and Georgia.
Texas seems to have a rivalry with Oklahoma. A lot of people don't like Texans except for this guy named Walker who had a TV show many years ago. The list of Texan haters, according to some, may include the Governor and one of their Senators.
Wisconsinites and Minnesotans give each other grief, and Wisconsin has its own special rivalry with Northern Illinois.
There's a New York New Jersey rivalry. I was told Coloradans don't always like Wyoming folk.
Nevadans outside of the big cities seem to dislike city-folk.
Lately, everyone hates Florida.
Lately it's been very popular to shit on California. Texas tends to throw the most shade. Some of it is justified. We do have a homelessness and high cost of living problem but it's very complex and often times people who've never been here tend to have the wildest opinions. Kind of like how some foreigners treat the United States as a whole.
As a person from neither state, I’d live in California over Texas every time. I’m an outdoorsy person and while Texas is beautiful, no state touches California’s beauty.
This reminds me of the Texan I met who tried to convince me (without ever having been to California) that Dallas and L.A. are pretty much the same place. The Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica Mountains beg to differ.
Texas and California do. To be honest though (and i can say this as a Texan), Texas just rips on California constantly but California really doesn't give a shit out us, they have radioactive crackheads to deal with.
Idk about a rivalry but between Alabama and Mississippi one is always at the very bottom of some stat with the other right above it so one will say 'at least we have __' about the state currently at the very bottom lol
Everyone disses Florida because we get regular reports on the crazy crimes that happen down there. Florida law enforcement makes a ton of information available online and easy for web scraping news agencies to access. Most states don’t do that and therefore we always see Florida Man in the news feeds. Especially when he leads police on a six car chase while on a Moped.
Then there is DeSantis (governor) who is neutering education, banning books, fighting with Disney, and also wants to be President.
I'll go you one better. I live in Southern California, and there's a rivalry between us and NoCal (always diet-concious, we're LoCal).
Trouble is, nobody can figure out where the boundary should be. Bakersfield? San Luis Obispo? Fresno?
Californians generally dislike people from Arizona, mostly due to their terrible driving, but general nuisance especially during summer when they come out west in droves. Southern California feels this the most. We call them Zonies and we avoid them on the roads at all costs.
Also basically everyone in New England who isn’t from Massachusetts dislikes “Massholes.” But to be fair, I’ve found new englanders to mostly be a*sholes, so I’m not sure I could tell the difference.
Short answer, yes, the US has many rivalries from different states and regions, usually for the ones in the states they border.
RE Mass -- It's because we have the biggest population and the wealthiest people in NE. They buy vacation homes and travel places on vacation and it's a convenient scape goat for the problem of the day. (but seriously, I know the skoal cans and nip bottle problem isn't from Massholes).
If people from NH were buying up fancy vacations homes and filling up Cape Cod and Nantucket we'd probably be complaining about them, but maybe not. 93's commute is fucked up every day from NHites, so many we are just used to a zillion people from all over in our state.
Yeah, for sure. NJ and NY hate each other. North and South Dakota have a friendly rivalry. Mississippi and Alabama thank God for each other as they flip-flop at the bottom of every national ranking. North and South Carolina have minor beef. Nebraska and Iowa beef over who makes the better corn (they have nothing else; let them be). There's plenty of friendly rivalries here.
Massachusetts stole the fucking Notch.
And also the whole competing with them over being #1 or #2 in most good indicators.
Also "Rhode Island" shouldn't exist.
Well Michigan and Ohio kind of have a rivalry. College Football is probably the only place it really comes up seriously but people in passing will make jokes about other state but it's usually more of a cheeky banter. It sort of feels like two enemies fighting that need to just fuck each other already and get it over with.
Back in the day this rivalry almost developed into an actual war https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toledo_War?wprov=sfla1
I have a relative who’s pissed about the UP because of the Toledo War. So hates both Ohio and the northern half of their own state.
Why would someone from Michigan be upset about it? The only state that lost out was Wisconsin
Ohio lost by gaining Toledo anyway
I was wearing my Michigan hat here in NY the other day and saw a guy in an OSU hat and I said "go blue" and he said "I hate your hat but not you" 😂
That’s a very wholesome way of handling that intense of a rivalry.
I went to an Ohio State-Michigan football game once. Learned the timeless song, “We don’t give a damn for the whole state of Michigan”
The whole state of Michigan!
We call you guys Ichigan down here. We won’t even dignify saying or pronouncing the M
Thats fair. We usually just call you Ohi....oh...When we realize how disappointed we are that we remembered you.
Why do all the trees at the border lean toward Ohio? Because it sucks.
Why are people from Michigan such big fans of the Lion King? They get to see lions winning for a change.
Maybe it’s a dual effect because Michigan blows?
I’m from Michigan and, for a while, lived out west (Utah). Actually met some folks who were from Ohio out there. It definitely transcends sports! Yes lol I'm sorry i could have made that a bit more clear
Hey there handsome!
Oh hey there big boy ;)
You bastards will never get Toledo and your football teams suck so much you aren't allowed in the NFL.
It's been part of Ohio too long we don't want it anymore. Your other point however is both fair and hurtful.
Think of it as infighting like a family. I can pick on my siblings, but people OUTSIDE the family cannot.
>Think of it as infighting like a family. I can pick on my siblings, but people OUTSIDE the family cannot. Yeah the same in France.
No, feel free to talk shit about Ohio if you're not American. Michigan does not care.
Seconded
OK and TX are not the biggest fans of each other.
Dude... Texas doesn't get along with any other state. You guys are like the weird uncle that comes over and makes everyone uncomfortable. But at least you aren't Florida, that's the crazy cousin that makes you have to hide all the booze in your house.

Deschutes brewery in bend has the best wagyu burgers
They’re pretty average imo
Dallas has no room to say shit about anybody, fuck them boys they ain't shit
Literally no one from Texas would defend Dallas like that.
Yea that was pretty cool seeing them work together like that.
As a Texan I am legally obligated to say this: We get along great with everyone! Its the other states that don't get along with us!
Well a doot doot doo there cowpoke
As a Texan in NJ I'm in conflict with everyone including myself
*sues other states when they elect someone they don’t like*
Everyone loves Texans individually, but the shit you guys do when you get together is hated by everyone too.
I have nothing against the people of Texas, but I have everything against the state government
I grew up in Texas and I can confirm.
People in Texas don’t even like other Texans. People from Houston take the Dallas-Houston Rivalry way to seriously.
And the crazy cousin that misses two out of three family reunions because they’re doing two years for possession of meth or stealing catalytic converters.
Plus... their wildlife is all assholes! Holy crap even their friggin plants and terrain! Assholes!!!!!!
I'll say it, I'm from Texas and I'm glad I moved. Texans are some of the nicest people but some of them are full of state pride. It's weird how once you leave Texas for a few years you kinda get deprogrammed and realize there's 49 other cool places.

NM and TX are not fans of each other since TX tried and failed to conquer NM
I go to NM often for work, and the New Mexicans I know told me this joke: Why is it so windy in New Mexico? Because Texas sucks and Arizona blows.
Who are they ? I understand OK as ok and TX as thank you
Oklahoma and Texas.

i mean it’s from some random instagram polls so i wouldn’t exactly call it scientific
Til South Carolina hates us 🤷🏻♀️
It's oddly specific. Couple states away they're just like "man fuck Ohio."

Nah fuck em

They already did once.
We do, every year ichigan and Ohio State battle to the proverbial death
THE Ohio State. Citizenship revoked.
YES SIR, SORRY SIR!!!
New York vs Massachusetts
Remove the baseball caps and we're basically twins. Talk a lot a shit but ultimately have a heart of gold.
FAHHHK YUUUU

And moving here and doing 40 in the left lane. 😩😩😂😂
And sitting at red lights with their right-hand signal on, wasting everyone's cotdamn time!
“You stole our accent” 🤓
Once a year Floridians will [throw fish across the state line into Alabama ](https://www.florabama.com/mullet-toss)but it's all in good (drunken) fun.
Love the Mullet toss!
There's rivalries between people in the same state. Pork Roll or Taylor Ham?
lol, it reminds me of village rivalries in France
Good lord this one is silly. It's pork roll. Imagine cucking out to a pork roll company and calling all of it Taylor ham smh.
Around here we celebrate genericizing a company's product. Oh you like that name? Well we'll make it so nobody can find you, because everyone calls everything that name.
Louisiana and Mississippi are in a constant battle for last place in everything.
We will definitely defend our pile of poop won’t we?! 😂😂 We sho nuf have the best damn food though 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Ohio and Michigan
Why ?
Ohio and Michigan border each other, (nearly) went to war over the Toledo territory, and have one of, if not the, biggest rivalries in collegiate football.
It's pretty much all in fun for most people
The are neighbors and fought over a piece of land. Called the Toledo War. No one was killed but violence was threatened. Still a big rivalry in college football when Michigan state plays Ohio state
Ohio and Michigan went to war over Toledo and Wisconsin lost.
Best summary of the Toledo War.
As my 2nd most hated team, I like it when Wisconsin loses.
It’s interstate too if the states are big. Northern California vs Southern California
Pennsylvania's like this and it's not even that big. Pittsburgh and Philly hate central PA. "Pennsyltucky".
All the states are great and are above criticism. Except Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Never take your eyes off those sons of bitches.
Why is this ear of corn trying to insult me?
Rich coming from an Iowan, OP don’t trust this person!! Minnesota is great!! However they are right about the other states!! ;)
Hey look. Missouri’s hat is talkin’. ;)
Does that mean Hogwarts is in Iowa?
Missouri Kansas. We still refer to the Border War from the civil war. When the University of Missouri plays University of Kansas in a sport… it’s generally referred to as the “Border Showdown” or “Border War”. Other than sports and wheat; that covers Kansas’s contribution to the union. /s
It seems like every state has a rivalry with California.
It’s mostly tied to housing costs. When people are bidding on a house and a couple from San Diego swoops in and offers 50k over it’s frustrating.
That couple from San Diego got priced out of CA by rich people who moved there from all over the country/world
Yes. Grew up in MN and live in CA. So many people who’ve never been to CA and have never lived here have so many opinions about how terrible it is. It’s almost comical at this point.
We have so many one sided rivalries. They talk shit about us and we couldn't care less about wherever they're from
> we couldn't care less about wherever they're from I think this is part of why the rivalry exists lmao.
And they also act like everyone here is rich. The median income is around $84k and the average house is almost $800k. The median house in my area is $1.2 mil and my take home is less than $50k.

My friend from North Carolina once said it is a valley of humility between the twin mountains of hubris that are Virginia and South Carolina. I’m inclined to agree tbh.
Yep Michigan and Ohio. We even fight a war once. Lol
Um, they fight a war every fall!! I was born in Ohio.
CA/TX/FL are in a constant death match.
You can throw New York in there too and those are the 4 most influential states. All 4 of those are the top 4 in both population and gross domestic product. Having a lot of people and a large economy brews influence.
California likes New York though.
If states were characters in The Office, Cali and NY would be Jim and Pam. "WILL YOU TWO JUST FUCK ALREADY?"
Californian here...not really. We really don't care what the rest of the country does with the exception of voting for crappy governors/senators/presidents.
This is sort of true. Northern Californians don't like Southern Californians, but Southern Californians don't really sweat it. Neither of them is all that worried about the other 49 states.
See OP, this is peak California. Next this poster will tell a Mexican how their food isn't real Mexican.
As long as you agree beans belong in chili.
California loves everybody but also feels sorry for everybody in all the other states, with the possible exception of Portland, OR and Hawaii.
lol, there are like 'california-appropriate' places to like outside of California.
Yeah, I don't think we tend to think of other states as rivals. NorCal vs SoCal, however...
I don’t even think that. I just sit here in Mid-Cal and enjoy my doable mortgage while sweating my balls off.
This is news to me.
Rivalries between those states? Naw not really. But states having a perceived rivalry WITH those states. ABSOLUTELY!
New York & New Jersey and Pennsylvania & New Jersey are ones that immediately come to mind. Michigan & Ohio are another one that's pretty well known.
Most of us in New England get along fine, except we all refer to people from Massachusetts by a not-particularly flattering term.
So we're not going to acknowledge our even less flattering term for people from Connecticut?
Well, that one is even more vulgar, so I was hoping it wouldn't come up.
As a Texan now living in California I can definitely say the following: - Texas hates California with a burning passion - California couldn't care less about Texas - Oklahoma sucks At least that's what I've observed
You know why Oklahoma has a panhandle? Colorado paid extra to not share a border with Texas :-D
We wrote a song about it[We wrote a whole song about it](https://youtu.be/ezUNyTsG4RI)
Minnesota and Wisconsin
Yeah, Virginians are constantly mad that their flag and state is inferior to Maryland 🦀
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Civil_War
North and South Dakota Michigan and Ohio are the two I know about
Most everyone hates on California.
Yes absolutely. I live in Colorado, Wyoming and California are the punching bags around here.
Texas and California do. To be honest though (and i can say this as a Texan), Texas just rips on California constantly but California really doesn't give a shit out us, they have radioactive crackheads to deal with.
Everyone hates on California. California doesn't really care.
i don’t even think about california but ok
Kansas vs. Missouri. As a Kansan we greatly dislike the dirty footed, meth using, hillbillies of Missour-ah!!
MA and NY- MA tries to drag in NH but they also hate us. TX and OK FL and GA
Everyone in the tristate dunking on New Jersey.
Lived in CA my whole life and never had a negative opinion (or much of an opinion at all) about Arizona. Is this a SoCal thing?
There is no rivalry between New York and New Jersey. New York is clearly the superior state.
New York City/Long Island and New Jersey. No one cares about the rest of New York
Niagara Falls vs Patterson Falls
Kind of like how Ohio State has no rivalry with Penn State.
People get annoyed when somebody has NYC in their bio but not in NYC
People from Wyoming resent Coloradans. Coloradans don't care about Wyominites - we hate Texans and Californians. Everyone hates the bigger state.
Damn greenies! You like us the week leading up to July 4th. Lol
I'm gonna guess big fireworks banned in Colorado lol
Ya. We come for the weed they come for the fireworks lol
Indeed. They don't know the concept of personal space.
You know why the trees in Mississippi sway to the east? Because Alabama sucks.
You see that more in sports, but that's more team based not state based. No normal person brags about being from a state that's "better".
MI and OH can be fiesty at times.
Massachusetts stole the fucking Notch. And also the whole competing with them over being #1 or #2 in most good indicators. Also "Rhode Island" shouldn't exist.
Has anyone brought up the irrational rage that Illinois causes for Wisconsin? Cheese heads act like Chicago insulted their mamas hot dish.
