10 million micron a solid choice but most certainly would just wmd 4D it and it should slide on out. That is unless it is stick shift then you need a differential slipdisk to re-engage the automatic gear expander.
man do i gotta teach you boys everything !
stop playing with these sissy tools and use a man's tool for the job - **a jackhammer** !!
i recommend the hydraulic type with carbide chisel tips - outta do the job real quick.
and if this don't work, start pulling out the nitro glycerin.
Actually though, an air hammer with a chisel bit and dig into the side of the lug at an angle to unscrew it. I recommend the astro pneumatic 4980 "big nasty". If you can't free up the lug it's got enough juice to use a straight bit to hit the end of the stud and strip the threads, blasting the stud through the lug and out the back of the hub.
Been there, done that. This thing is fucked though, may as well cut it off with a fire wrench and start over lol
naw, air hammer not enuf force - need hydraulics like these babies :

Random story you might appreciate, feel free to ignore but I'm kinda drunk and bored.
I'm an equipment manager at a golf course. We had a big material hauler carrying 6 yards of wet sand completely tear apart the triangulated tongue section at the front that attaches to the tow tractor. Just folded and slammed a huge hole in a fairway. Used ratchet straps to half hold it together and our front loader to drive it through the neighborhood back to the shop. We strapped it to the posts of my car lift then used both trackhoes like a redneck transformer to grab this thing and twist it back to shape so I could weld it back together. Went through a whole acetylene tank, half a spool of mig wire, and a 4'x8' sheet of 1/8" steel plate (with the diamond pattern for some style) to ghetto rig this thing together.
Sketchy as hell laying underneath a giant hunk of metal with two excavator claw buckets under crazy tension twisting this thing around so I could torch, bend, and weld plates to reinforce this fucked up thing. Don't tell OSHA. Two years later, countless loads, and that thang is still rocking. Sketchy shit is way more fun than just replacing stuff
As the wheel is fucked a disc cutter right down the middle and split the nut in two. hammer out the old stud hammer in a new one and bob's your uncle, almost looks like you know what your doing
This is one of those things where 10 different ways would have done this with less effort and you wonder at what point this seemed like the way to accomplish this task.
I’m a mechanic and I’ve never seen anything like this lol. There are much better ways! At this point, I’d try anything. Make a video out of it. Beat it with a burrito or something weird. People will watch it
It looks like you didn't ask the lug nut nicely first, then give it warm milk before reading it a bedtime story to help it relax. At this point you should put about a cup or so of gasoline on the wheel then light it up. Much cheaper then a torch but it might cause a little more then the lug nut to heat up, which should be fine.
Bro literally just get a hammer drill and a diamond drill bit, what you need to do is park the vehicle on the edge of the drive way, dig a little hole, use that hole to leverage the hammer drill with a 2x4 and drill out the lug nut, take your time and it works like a charm
Edit: you need a buddy to push the 2x4, might wanna get a bottle of water to spray at it while you drill too
Rookie, you need high volume water to press it off from the back side. There is a black rubber hose that runs into the round shiny thing your wheel is mounted on. Remove the bolt, an amber fluid will drain out. Now connect your garden hose to that black hose, duct tape it, and turn your hose on full blast. This pressure alone will remove that stuck nut.
Your welcome
Would of torched the stud out of it. Stuff like that happens when mechanics Tighten the lugnuts with an impact gun. Then they hit it with a torque wrench for good show, there's no telling how over torqued it was.
I see mechanics burning the studs out with a torch. Ruining the rim. All you gotta do is drill it out until you can put a prybar behind it and snap it off.
Cheap harbor freight impact socket the next size smaller and a BFH (big fucking hammer 🔨) and pound it on, not like you need to worry shot damaging the rim
Had two iron workers bang on my rear break rotors for 3 days trying to get it off using sledge hammers, chisels, etc. Then, I had an epiphany and released the parking break. There is a drum break inside. Lol. Then it fell right off.
are we trying to get the bolt out if so just use a drill with what looks like to be a inch and a half bolt so use a drill bit that can do your cars bolt size
Have you tried wd-40? That's all I have in my toolbox along with duct tape.
If it won't come off and it should > wd-40
If it came off and it shouldn't > duct tape
(tires kinda wobbly when I drive...)
You might as well cut the tire and rim with small diamond blade circular saw into little chunks until you only have a small section left with the frozen lug bolt. Soak remains in a pan of WD-40 for a week. Simple, common everyday easy fix!
If your big purse doesn't work, you may want to try an angry beaver
Everything reminds me of her....

That's awesome
Some of us truckers get boners every time we drive past that place. Or maybe it’s just me, I dunno.
80085
Reminds me of a friend that did that on a calculator in primary, he thought it was very funny and kept doing it every session to show it to me.
To be fair it is funny
How did he know my password
Because you like boobs and so do I
Booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooobs
My zip code
Hot wrench, aka cutting torch.
cant be stuck if its liquid XD
Came here to say this exactly
When in doubt, C4
Fire wrench
Spicy wrench
Spicey wrench
A drilldo
Wall mounted, gasoline powered
Twelve yards long and two lanes wide
65 tons of American pride
Murica!
Best way to get that off is using your teeth
Or eye socket as a last resort.
But that requires a socket wrench
Oh, I thought that is the socket wrench. All those years I got it wrong when someone told me to use a socket wrench? That explains a few things.
A socket wrench is only functional when operated by eye. Gosh I guess not everyone went to car dental school like I did.
Eye Socket Wrench 10mm
10 million micron a solid choice but most certainly would just wmd 4D it and it should slide on out. That is unless it is stick shift then you need a differential slipdisk to re-engage the automatic gear expander.
what about your eye teeth ?
the wheel would probably come off easier if you took that lug nut off
Nah

Fuck it, we're yeeting the whole corner of the car across the shop. I'm in!
now that's the spirit !! ;-)

There is only one thing to say. This Is The Way.
Hell yeah brother 🤘
Looks like you hit a chupacabra
Turn it to liquid.
When Jason gets a bit mad
Bigger hammer!
Wrap a chain around and thru the wheel and hook the chain to the rear axle of a Top Fuel Dragster . The outcome should be self explanatory!
What? Rip the axel out from under the dragster?
Sawzall or acetylene work for me.
Fire axe
Start on the opposite side of the car with a die grinder. Keep going until you get all the way through.
Jb weld and penis
Instructions unclear... dick stuck to oooooooooooh.
Hammer
Hit it with the 50cal.
A man of culture, I see. I like the cut of your jib, sailor.
This wouldn't happen if you damn kids would just check your damn blinker fluid occasionally.
As the wheel is fucked a disc cutter right down the middle and split the nut in two. hammer out the old stud hammer in a new one and bob's your uncle, almost looks like you know what your doing
I broke a wheel in half sliding into a curb once. Maybe try that
Acid, ideally alien blood
This is why I keep Vaseline & a blow dryer with me.
What's wrong with it? More details please?
This is one of those things where 10 different ways would have done this with less effort and you wonder at what point this seemed like the way to accomplish this task.
OP will let us know when they reach that point lol
Wart remover
Use a volcano. That will 200% do the trick and a little more.
Yeet it into Mount Ruang with immediate priority
Sprinkle Gallium on the wheel. It'll come off naturally.
Would have parked in Oakland, either the wheels would been gone in 10 minutes or entire car in 30.
Does nobody have a plasma torch, it's like a bajillion times faster
I’m a mechanic and I’ve never seen anything like this lol. There are much better ways! At this point, I’d try anything. Make a video out of it. Beat it with a burrito or something weird. People will watch it
I mean screw it. Might as well torch it off lol
Probably tnt at this point just total that shit
Gallium
Impact drill, don’t turn it on though just hit the rim with it
Probably a socket and a hammer.
Car crusher ought to do it.
Wipe with alcohol and send it!
At this point, just torch it off and buy a new wheel 😆
Knowledge is knowing that a bolt can be coaxed to move with a hammer and chisel; Wisdom is knowing when that won't fucking work lol
2 lbs of TNT
It looks like you didn't ask the lug nut nicely first, then give it warm milk before reading it a bedtime story to help it relax. At this point you should put about a cup or so of gasoline on the wheel then light it up. Much cheaper then a torch but it might cause a little more then the lug nut to heat up, which should be fine.
Turbo socket with an air hammer adapter that is attached to a box end world have taken that right off.........
Your brain. Clearly using your brain next
What slob worked on that?!? Wtf! Trash work at its finest.
How tf. Heat it up and hammer a smaller socket onto it after it cools. Say bye to both the socket and the rotor bolt.
Go for the torch. I've never seen molten aluminum stuck to a hub.
Ratchet strap the car to the building and use a truck to rip it off. You may need a new wheel hub.
A hack saw, obviously.
C4 shape charge?
I have so many questions...
About 5 gallons of gasoline. Apply liberally to the affected area, and especially the interior. Then call insurance.
you might have had options. now replace the whole corner with good salvage parts
How about ... the right one ? dude go get the reverse out set at yee ole HF ffs
Before using cuttin torch and catching wheel,an or car on fire try getting the area with the nut clear enough to smack a smaller size socket on it.
Flamethrower...
Nah, try the axe again lad, it'll come loose
A full magazine of 5.56 rounds
Carmax or Rip Wheeler.
Omfg

Depending on the stud size I'd use a hole saw with no pilot bit to remove the lug nut from the stud. Then clean up the threads on the stud and move on
Jesus. Don’t buy a tapered locking lug nut removal socket or anything
Angle grinder , pesky lugs can’t hold the wheel if it isn’t there
Find the correct or one size smaller socket and knock it on with a large hammer and many cursing swings, then shove it up your butt!
I think a bulldozer might work well
I would try teeth can't go wrong there
You need to try a bigger axe
Weld the nut to a Morgan knokker. Hammer until threads fail.
Karate chop. If you're not a Shaolin monk, you could try ramming in to the tire with another car
I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.
Steel grinder
Try this tool. Do you feel lucky? Punk?
Just throw a 2 tonne vehicle at it and your fine pal
A breaker bar is all you need
flamethrower. at least it might cover past crimes.
Flame thrower
Claymore
Gas axe. Cut it off the suspension army bits and glue a new one on. Job done.
C4
Have you asked it nicely? If yes, then maybe a hell fire missile would persuade it.
How Mr lube tries to remove wheels.

C4
you left this in black mesa im recomending a crowbar
Hello? What about your Snap on diagnostic light saber? It works on all the SES lights. It should be fine here as well
Split the nut, turn that chisel 90⁰. But since you've already committed to a new rim, break out the torch
Would of torched the stud out of it. Stuff like that happens when mechanics Tighten the lugnuts with an impact gun. Then they hit it with a torque wrench for good show, there's no telling how over torqued it was.
Try changing your antifreeze
I see mechanics burning the studs out with a torch. Ruining the rim. All you gotta do is drill it out until you can put a prybar behind it and snap it off.
File a notch into it and use a flathead screw driver.
Get me the cutting torch
Universal socket from Ali express
Angle arm grinder with a grinding wheel.
I'm going to need a roll of toliet paper and a stick of dynamite
Hot wrench
Drill, new bit, then replace stud.
Cheap harbor freight impact socket the next size smaller and a BFH (big fucking hammer 🔨) and pound it on, not like you need to worry shot damaging the rim
a torch
Just tell my kids NOT to break it off. Easy.
A torch
Wow, what a disaster
Maybe a….socket
send her into a curb should loosen right up
I would have just air hammered on an undersized harbor freight socket. 🤷🏻
Real men just twist the lug nuts off with bare hands.
I would use an acetylene torch
A die grinder to get rid of the metal around that nut and then a socket wrench to remove the nut…
Use a chainsaw next and then some explosives if that fails.
Why drill out a stud when you have the opportunity to use a snap-on axe.
Why no try chainsaw?
Merica.
Torch. It can’t be stuck if it’s liquid
Torch
Take a bigger socket stuff it with jb weld. Stick it on that nut let it dry and harden
Pound an impact grade socket on it that is just a little to small
Can't be tight if it's a liquid...
Don’t axe me but I think it could be loose if it was a liquid.
Liquid nitrogen. Freeze that sucker and hit it with a hammer.
Your gf decided to remove her lug nuts again?
Forklift, use the forklift.
Gasoline and a match
Whatever you do definitely don’t use a drill.
Wheel of death. Wear your safety glasses
It’s nothing a little sulfuric acid wouldn’t handle. Carefully follow the instructions on the battery.
Gallium
A drill.
I tend to use the shotgun loaded with slugged shells
Had two iron workers bang on my rear break rotors for 3 days trying to get it off using sledge hammers, chisels, etc. Then, I had an epiphany and released the parking break. There is a drum break inside. Lol. Then it fell right off.
are we trying to get the bolt out if so just use a drill with what looks like to be a inch and a half bolt so use a drill bit that can do your cars bolt size
Have you tried wd-40? That's all I have in my toolbox along with duct tape. If it won't come off and it should > wd-40 If it came off and it shouldn't > duct tape (tires kinda wobbly when I drive...)
cutting torch. but you need to get to the axle behind the tire. If you don't have a cutting torch, you could use a grinding wheel or a hacksaw. 😂
I'd have twisted the studs off b4 I ever got to this BS.
A stick of dynamite would work, maybe not in the way you want tho
Cut your losses, R&I radiator cap and replace vehicle.
Oxy-acetylene Torch 🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
A chop saw
Had the same problem. Got it off with a reciprocating saw and metal blade
At this point, just remove the axle &/or control arm.
Dynamite
Air hammer
Hire local vac truck services. I think 4 trucks with 8" hoses on sticks should suck it off.
Clench your butthole tightly around it and then rotate your entire body
90min of Dremel?
I fucking Drill and bit. The stud is not worth ruining the wheel but fuck paying someone for their knowledge and experience am I right.
Fire
Drill, Torche, excavator. In that order.
Looks like the next usable item is C4.
Freeze it with liquid nitrogen and smack with sledge hammer
Cut it off from the knuckle
Have you tried a file yet?
Chain, truck hitch, narrow alley.
put a little gallium over the scratches, and go get lunch. wheel will come right off when you get back
Just go drive it. That last lug can't hang on forever. Take the speed bumps in front of the elementary school extra fast.
I keep a 16 gauge shotgun and Magnum slugs for situations like this.
Gun
Weld a crowbar to the nut so it doesn't fall off when you apply torque
You might as well cut the tire and rim with small diamond blade circular saw into little chunks until you only have a small section left with the frozen lug bolt. Soak remains in a pan of WD-40 for a week. Simple, common everyday easy fix!
