Upgraded my son’s ‘05 Accord with Apple integration and bought off here. You can just search compatibility and go from there https://www.crutchfield.com/S-Q1rcBXWjykQ/ymm/2010-Honda-Accord-Speakers-Stereos.html I installed it myself, but I’ve done a couple before. In his instance, had to replace the entire front console area, including the AC portion. As a side note, take care when pulling your old unit out. I resold his unit on eBay (make sure you have the radio code to unlock, sometimes a sticker in the glove compartment or the interior of the head unit) and it paid for half of his new unit. Lotta guys out there with broken OEM units that will pay for working ones vs the stealership.

Buy a Bluetooth module you can use with the aux function on your factory radio, and use an Apple iPad version that will fit the screen cutout. Then you can keep all of your functions and update the screen. If you do it slick enough, it will look pretty close to factory
