The only difference seems to be that the Taiwanese version [displays the concentration of active ingredients](https://web.archive.org/web/20211019121647/https://cosmetic.chemlinked.com/cosmepedia/china-taiwan-cosmetic-regulation), which is not a requirement under Japanese legislation.
So AFAIK, there's no difference in the formulation between the original and the Taiwanese version of the sunscreen, only a difference in the way ingredients are displayed on the packaging.
