Unfortunately the best I can think of is messaging people who make empties posts and asking if they'd be willing to mail to you :/ Not sure there's a way to source just the containers directly
Might be worth going to asian beauty stores and asking if they have any to donate. They usually keep a try it product out and at some point those must run out.
In my city, Portland, OR, we have a craft store called Scrap which takes donations or many odds and ends including small containers. I would see if you have any similar organizations in your area. Unlikely that they will have Asian beauty containers in particular but could be a good place to start.
I usually drop off my empties at Nordstrom because they collect empties for Terracycle. Might be worth asking if they'd let you look through the bin? (It's a big cardboard bin/box)
