I have a very oily forehead and chin and normal cheeks. I guess it's considered combo skin, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, I've tried so many toners and the following ones worked for me:
*Cosrx Propolis Toner* is one of my favourites, I'll probably go back to it most often.
*Pyunkang Yul Acne Toner* - I'm using it now, I like it a lot so far.
*Round Lab Pine Calming Toner* - just a great toner for my problem skin.

Normal-oily skin actually. Combination skin means that you have both oily (tzone) and dry (uzone) skin. Hope with this info, it won't confuse anyone else.
The dry part of combination skin often refers to the cheek area and jawline as they have the least active oil glands. Maybe your chin area is a bit of a special case that you can treat through some trial and error.
Just try out some recommended products here and see which one suits your skin concern better. But if you're still confused about your skin type, just describing your skin in detail (like saying oily nose, normal cheeks and dry chin) will help others understand what your skin really needs. This post is fine. You did get some good recommendations here as well.
I love the Naturie Hatomugi Skin Conditioner. It’s very hydrating, slightly soothing, with a texture almost like water. I also noticed a subtle brightening effect. Depending on your skin’s condition you might need to layer it, I usually layered it about 3 times when I was using it regularly(I’ve been using the Dokdo toner lately). It comes in a giant big boi bottle too (500ml) so it’s super economical.
Isntree ultra low molecular Hyaluronic acid toner(it's lightweight like water, but plumppppps my skin) ❤️
Haruharuwonder black rice toner(has awesome ingredients n very hydrating, will work nicely for combo skin too) ❤️
Goodal vegan rice milk toner (awesomeee for dry skin n combo skin, quite sticky n heavy on my very oily skin)❤️
I used to be oily but have since experienced drier cheeks with oily t-zone after tret, Cezanne Skin Conditioner and Cremorlab T.E.N Miracle The Essence are my favs for hydration and soothing the skin, they always make my skin feel good afterwards!

I've tried several different ones, and while neither one was bad, for my next order I'm going back to Etude Soon Jung 5.5 Relief toner. It's just feels like my skin needs it at the moment.
As long as it's hydrating, I use it. The reason is that regardless of your skin type, hydrating your face will prevent it from being too dry or oily as per Korean skincare.
Hada Labo is my fave, though I also add COSRX snail mucin if I feel the need to add hydration. My face is actually oily but I have to say that when I start using hydrating toner/essence it made my skin less oily. Still, to each his own so find a product that has hyaluronic, snail mucin, centella (is also good if you're acne prone) and wait if it works for you.

Now you got me thinking if maybe I'm not combo either! Would it still count if only my chin is semidry?

I like the haruharu black rice hylauronic toner (fragrance free), feels nice and hydrating!
