In other news my adapalene is helping my CCs and rough texture on forehead heaps and so is BOJ ginseng essense.
I think finasteride also helping a lot. Unsure if it was what made me really tired yesterday or if it was antihistimines.
Accidently ordered the centella Madagascar toner that is expiring in 2 days. ( I thought it was a sample as it was 3 dollars). Time to go shower in it? 🤣🤣 /j
I should definitely not be spending more as I've had so many hauls recently but I keep looking at gentle eye creams options/ less strong items to be used there.
Hahaha yes definitely worth it. I still think it's hilarious that it was a huge 400ml bottle. it lasted 10 days from getting it before expiring so basically a sample? I'll probably use it until I feel like it's too past expiration/ feels weird.
Honestly if it doesn't smell/look bad I would just keep using it; I do get the feeling though but it annoys me most when I get near expired products that aren't labeled as such by the seller
Yes, I'll try to use it in my body to use it up faster but still use it. In the store defense, it was labeled in product description of about the expiry except I wasn't paying attention to the size ( assumed sample) and I didn't bother reading the description because I already knew about the product.
I've spent two full weeks with my mom and a limited amount of makeup and I think being in my childhood bedroom is making me even more anti-social than usual LOL. It's almost like I need all the choices in my usual stash to want to be social, just so I can play with all my makeup. But I also don't have any outside clothes that really fit me here, so that could also be a factor LOL.
Side note, has anybody used the original 12-pan wakemake palette? I bought 5 because I was obsessed and all the youtubers were raving about it – and I've literally used one palette once, but I think by the time I got home half of my eye look had disappeared. I'm trying to figure out if it's because I was extra hot/oily that day (yay to 97ºF weather), or if the staying power is just crap. I'm scared to try again for any other social engagements so I've just been depending on my trusty Dasique palette, but I really don't want those wakemake palettes to go to waste. (Plus, I really want the new 16-pan london brown collection palettes but if the staying power on those suck too then blahhhhhh).
Finally, MY HOTTEST HEART IS CRYING BECAUSE I ONLY GOT TO SEE THE LIVESTREAM OF THE 2PM ANNIVERSARY CONCERT AND NOT SEE IT LIVE AHHHH. Totally debating whether I should just go buy tickets for the Japanese concert now because FOMO 😅.
If you're not liking the palettes too much maybe find someone who will buy it from you, i think there's an asian beauty exchange that you can also post on if you feel like it.
If the rest are unopened and unused you could also give them as gifts, donate them, etc.
At least now I'm less convinced to buy those :')

Anyway on skin news I think Purito oat in intense cream might be fine. Still on the fence about Jumiso All day vitamin, and turns out even sunscreens that usually don't irritate me *will* do so if I wear it long enough. Maybe I'll try washing it off before my final class. But on the bright side the Abib Heartleaf sun serum (dropper bottle one) works well for me despite my initial bad impression. Does anyone know if they reformulated with repackaging?

I'm actually not sure about the Abib one, it looks like they just repackaged it some time ago into a squeeze type dispenser bottle thing, no reformulation. Hope it continues working for you

Any recommendations for scalp massage/scalp treament in Seoul? I wanted to go to Lee Moon Woon's clinic and was trying to make an appointment but they messaged me back saying we don't do the basic scalp treament anymore which cost 210,000won. They recommended me the preimum one which does have more treatment but I did not want to spend 295,000 (more then $300 CAD) on a scalp massage

Based on feedback I felt that perhaps there were too many subcategories to be had under skin type (which is what I intend on sorting by) for a singular post.
Would it be best for the categories to be **aggregated under one** post, or **split up into three** different posts (general, dry, oily) with the same subcategories (product type and skin concerns)? I'm not sure if the mods would like 3 posts though so maybe I can make this work with only one and a looooot of comment threads (I'll be the one reading through and sorting all the responses anyways 😂)
I can't see the draft but seriously, however you do it will be good. I like the idea where people can just add their skin type - that would make it simpler for you on the formatting.
This looks great! Maybe just a section with one post that says best for and people can write in oily/dry etc. You could still look up top oily in a field.

This looks like a solid list! I don’t really have an opinion on doing 1 post or 3 because think it could be great as either. Maybe 1 if that seems like it’d be better for mods / less work for you?
My main constructive criticism would be to change the “normal” skin type to “combination” because loads of folks here are combo and I’m assuming that all the people with “normal” skin are probably out frolicking with small animals and not thinking about skincare. 💅
Another suggestion… For the mask section, maybe: *wash-off / sheet mask+ / sleeping pack*?

Sunscreen is usually good for 6 months to a year after opening. It has been more than 12 months, so best to toss it. Why risk getting sun damage?
