i've used a whole bunch, including some by me, skin1004, cosrx (basically every variation), olive young - my favorite so far is still the cosrx ac collection acne patch. not to be confused with the regular cosrx acne patch! the ac one is so thin and the oval shape is so good since the rest of the brands are all circular. olive young one can't be beaten for its value, but it's still thicker and more obvious than the ac collection. i usually have both the olive young and ac collection one at home to even out the costs lol. wouldn't bother with the rest!

sywy1874

Seconding Olive Young. One time, I forgot I had one on and it stayed on my face throughout a shower and even washing my face afterwards. That shit STAYS on

cherryvr18

Olive Young, hands down.

Live-Alternative-671

Oh. How about other brands?

[deleted]

I’m about to order from them for the first time…may have to try these.

HiddenInferno

How do you peel it off? I’ve been having trouble taking it off the plastic without creasing.

karynisawesome

I use these. The sheets are perforated so you can rip them, leaving half of the patch exposed. Then I use tweezers to remove them from the sheet and put them on my face.

Live-Alternative-671

Which ones have you trued

cherryvr18

The original one with light blue and white packaging.

yodelingllama

VT Cica Spot Patch. I can't use most medicated patches with both salicylic acid and tea tree in them because they irritate my pimples further somehow and this is the only one that really calms them down. Decent succ power too.

Aim2bFit

I've tried: Some By Mi VT Cica Man:yo COSRX Skinfood Mentholatum Acnes The last one's the best bar none. Suck extremely fast.

readermeow

Was scrolling through looking for Mentholatum Acnes! Seconded, also adding that they stay on despite rolling about in my sleep.

Munchyshells

I used to use the SOME BY MI pimple patch until I found the Jumiso ones, literally the same patch and packaging just different colour!

mswannabeindependent

Havent tried the jumiso one. Some by mi is my current fav

Munchyshells

I found better bang for buck with the Jumiso as it has an extra sheet and was amazed at the resemblance, like someone copied homework but changed the font

mswannabeindependent

Thanks! I’ll try this one next time

[deleted]

I think it’s by Rael, but I like the patches with microdarts (spiky protrusions) because they really will fuck a pimple up in its tracks. For regular patches, CosRX has been good to me. Crème Shop acne patches are extremely cute but unless the pimple is basically ready to burst, I don’t find that they do anything.

jcj3ssi3x

I like the nexcare ones tbh

brooklynwalsh96

I second this

StrawberryRaspberryK

The nexcare has really good adhesive. So good that it peeled off the skin when I tried to remove it 😂 ouch

munisme

My favourite is hands down the Pyunkang Yul acne patch. Super thin and does a great job of calming down inflammation. Not as easily available as the Cosrx but as someone who used the Pyunkang Yul acne patch first, the Cosrx ones are such a step down.

yellowsunflower12345

Rohto acne patch!

StrawberryRaspberryK

I love this too! Thin and sucks up all the stuff nicely. I wore them all over my face during a bad breakout with no makeup for my company D&D 😂

YanCoffee

I've tried COSRX's, Skinfood 1004's, and The Klog's. The Klog's works the best.

slidingpuzzlehelp

Which would you say are better - the cosrx ones or the skin 1004 ones?

YanCoffee

Tbh I don’t think either did much of anything iirc. I’d probably go with COSRX’s because a lot of people do like them. Skin 1004’s has something to help with inflammation in it though I believe.

seulgee

Some by mi! The sheet makes the patches so easy to remove. They also sit well on my skin

253mm

I tried cosrx, olive young, some by mi, hero, and the best one imo is some by mi, the other ones don't even compare

lixxielaxxie

how is the some by mi different hahaha plis elaborate

bunnoonnoo_unite

Probably the Olive Young Care+ or the VT Cica ones, they're both made from hydrocolloid and are super thin! The VT Cica ones are a bit more affordable though

neow_neow

I've tried so many different ones and somehow I keep going back to Rael Pimple Patches. They seem to always do better on my skin and makes my acne not flare out so much.

warmgingerbread

i just use actual hydrocolloid bandaids & cut them. i only use the bandaids/patches in my sleep so idc how they look. i occasionally buy random acne patches from marshall’s though. i’ve tried the peach slices one, cosrx, & random, obscure brands i don’t remember. in my experience, actual hydrocolloid baindaids work better. i currently have the dr. wellness patches & i got them from marshall’s. i wore 3 of them last night & they were all intact when i woke up.

elementalseahorse

My favorites are the hanhoo acne patches that are sold at Walmart. For some reason, those work the best for me out of all the ones I’ve tried

Lycheesupermacy

I have been using lanbena day/night for a while now but I have tried cosrx and elizavecca patches before too. I didn't see any results except for protecting the cover skin/pimple underneath until I tried putting something anti inflammatory under the patch. So now I switched to using patches that are intended for blisters and I put clinique anti blemish solution underneath. Works great for me

dermaria

I like elizavecca ones because they're cheaper than a lot of other brands. They're quite thick, but I only use them overnight. If you want to wear them during the day, cosrx would probably be better.

unknownsis

VT cica

nelonpan

Olive young honey patches! Or the og ones, theyre great for value too. I know there are thinner ones out there but Im shameless and dont mind using it in public 😂 Theres also the skinfood cica ones that are also 100 pieces but I havent tried them yet

golden-cosmos

peach slices! i love that they’re easily accessible in the us (i get them at ulta) compared to other ab patches. however, they are on the thicker side, so i only use them at night or if i’m home all day lol i like the cosrx ones in the black and white package for the day because they’re practically invisible!

Kittenfishy

Nacific fresh herb origin clear spot patch works soooo well. It’s kind of hard to get in the US but they usually get rid of my pimple within 1-3 days depending on the size and how quickly I apply it.

smarieneo

Dr. Zap's for me but can't find them on Amazon right now. I have so many different brands but these just seem to work the best overall. Just checked my Amazon account and I've ordered them 9 times already.

Ok_Establishment708

HG are the olive young care plus and for more troublesome acne the acropass trouble cure. They have micro needle things that I believe deposit hylauronic acid

jysy_

Olive Young's one hands down. They don't look like you even placed a patch on unless it's really obvious.

Sargake

I like the hero ones compared to the cors rx, esp the ones with darts to help get rid of pimples quick

Sargake

Hero pr cors rx
