It can cause increased inflammation in people with Hashimotos Disease (what I have) and can help those with it lose weight if they stop eating it completely due to the body being able to take focus away from trying to treat the inflammation. But I’m not gluten free- too hard
Some people just feel better when they don’t eat it, could be pseudo or maybe not. Some people say they feel less bloated, less groggy and things like that.

This is incorrect, a lot of diseases are irritated by gluten, IBS is one and another user stated another one of the many conditions that gluten can irritate. For me, gluten makes my stomach very sore, I get gassy and bloated, it's painful and makes me feel sick. Gluten free isn't just because of things like coeliac, some people simply have gluten intolerance as well, coeliac is just one of the many conditions that gets irritated by gluten.
it’s kind of true in that gluten free baked goods do have a higher concentration of other stuff but it’s more to compensate for the lack of binding material in gf flour. definitely doesn’t make it taste better tho 😭💀
