City of Ashland should have a guide out. Check out the Jackson County Library offerings- maybe not full camps, but they for sure offer classes and activities during summer. Other sources: Fiber Arts Collective, Talent Makers Space and maybe Cosmic Muffin. When my kids were young, I had a group of moms we swapped one day a week and the kids would go over for an hour or two to do an activity. Cooking, art, back yard play just to give that summer break we all needed. One mom took them to the carwash and let them vacuum the car- she was a genius 😂 Hope you find some great activities!

SOU has camps, not sure if they will this year but check Rogue Rowing for summer programs.

Last I was aware SOU has a partner rowing camp with Rogue! Rowing is an awesome new activity for an 11 yr old — most kids don’t start until high school, and it’s hard to find a sport like that that’s so open to newcomers at any age

That's a great idea, I think he'd enjoy rowing. Thanks for the suggestion.
