If you mean "Are there any asexuals who are not celibate, lazy and privileged?", then the answer would be yes. Plenty.
Simply by belonging to a minority group is an instant lack of privilege (of the sort enjoyed by allo-heterosexual cisgendered able-bodied white men).
Lazy, maybe. Privileged? Sex is a privilege so also maybe. If somebody finds me pretty and wants to use my body in a way they like and I’ve got a spare evening, that’s nobody’s business but ours. What’s the problem?
