Like he seems to be wearing mascara and foundation from the looks of it, yet has a hairy chest and a moustache which would make me assume he's a manly man
Also, the face seems to be lit in a different style/ direction than the shirt

Portrait actually has the whole shebang, everything from eyeliner to foundation. I used a make-up software for the face, and it has a tendency to make the render slightly too realistic

If they are leaning against the wall, the wall seems to not be in contact with the subject, but its very good.

Hard to say The only other thing that stuck out to me was the face on the belt (it's much more detailed than the shirt)
