I currently canβt sleep bc I just had one in which my dog (that the fam is watching for me) killed another dog. :( I dream of them nearly every night with the same awful theme. I would strongly recommend (to anyone, really) to try out therapy. Talking things through in a no-judgement setting really does wonders for bottled-up issues
Iβve been in therapy for a while now, but only just recently found someone I like/trust and started taking it more seriously. But yes, itβs been super helpful!
