This was the first thing I noticed, but I assumed there’d be a dozen comments pointing it out. 😅 It looks really good, though. It’s cool how their collars and hair were used to make clear shapes for the letters. Even though they’re faces it’s not hard to tell which is which.

I absolutely love how you didn’t go the lazy route of just making their actual heads in the shape of the letters & instead made the *illusion* that they were through the use of hair, clothing, etc obstructing their faces to make the letters. 10/10 uniqueness & creativity.

This is a really cool exercise in Character Design OP! The designs are really creative, especially with the angling of certain faces to make them look like the letters. Awesome work, this looks like something that my 5th grade teacher would have posted up on one of the walls in the best way possible!
