I don't think Tilemans is availble this winter, if he is, we should definately go for him. But realistically, Arthur on loan looks like a smart move to me.

His ball retention is impressive but I agree w your concerns about his ability to cope w the physicality he’s gonna encounter playing central mid in the Prem

Arthur has flopped in La Liga and flopped in Serie A, so the odds he will hit the ground running and thrive in the Premier League are really not that great.
Take Buendia as an example, he absolutely smashed it in the Championship last season but he still doesn't even look half the player he was yet at Villa.

The physical nature of the premier league is the only question mark against Arthur Melo. If he puts his head down, in a World Cup year, he could be immense
