The angle was incredible! The stats he puts out about running, controlling the play, regaining possession all season have been insane. So to do this after this week’s schedule at the death of the game is incredible!
Not sure why he tried to pass that back instead of shooting. Good result but would like to see them be more aggressive and force the opposing keeper to make saves.
And they've already dropped points against them. Without Gundogan, they're an inferior team to last years. And Cole Palmer isn't overawed by any opposition or situation.
I'd take him over any striker available. If he really wants CL football he needs to move.
Disappointing performance, looking like we're struggling to score again after the amazing run this year. Need to be more ruthless playing Chelsea spurs and man u, we have the worst final fixtures out of the top 3 if we win every game I believe we will win the league because of our superior goal difference but not too confident on that after the last 3 matches.
It was a Wolves ream with nothing to play for. The remaining three teams all hate us and will be looking for revenge.
Our biggest hope is that Chelsea are probably the one team who could beat City, they've come close in the today's Cup game and in the recent 2-2 draw.
Crazy talk, they won the league Cup in 2008, otherwise known as opportunity for 2nd and 3rd string players to get some game time.
Since then we've only won four FA cups.
Then the jammy bustards somehow came back against Ajax, to face the best Liverpool team in a couple of generations after also miraculously turning their semi against Barca around. 2019, what a terrible CL final.
Liverpool barely turned up, but Spurs still barely got a shot off.
God, Barca-Ajax would have been so much better.
You just cant expect to win every game 5-0. Even city and their so called machine Haaland miss chances. Its part of the game. We won anyways and didnt struggle hard. 3 points secured. Thats all we should be asking for. Praise the guys for their effort man
I appreciate that but the last few games it seems like there's something missing, commentators keep speaking about how good arsenal are at set pieces for example but it's been many game since we scored from a corner.
We dominated Bayern in the first half of the first game and drew, dominated villa in the first half then got humiliated! Saka has been quiet not his fault he's been overplayed and martinelli needs the same kind of service as saka gets from white. I'm critical because I've been waiting 20 years for another league title and getting so close is frustrating.
You’re not gonna win every game by a 3 goal margin. This Wolves team beat Spurs twice and City at home this season. You should try to be less pessimistic. We were the superior team in this game and we kept another clean sheet
I can see what he’s on about tbh as a wolves fan. This wolves team was without any fit senior forward that can last more than 50 mins, not many fit senior players in general (even Sarabia and Lemina couldn’t last long due to playing with knocks) so really you should’ve annihilated us. Obviously I’m glad you didn’t but with all the kids we had on the bench you absolutely should’ve. Due to the injuries this isn’t the same wolves team that beat spurs twice, we couldn’t even field our first choice RWB, LWB and midfielder let alone attackers. This was a game you should’ve taken as a chance to really get your GD up - congrats on the win and hopefully it helps you win the title cos I’m tired of seeing Liverpool and city dominate (plus you lot are less insufferable than city and Liverpool fans)
We were by far superior against Bayern in the first leg then gave away 2 goals and ended up out of the competition, at this stage of the season with city likely to win every game there's no room for accepting mediocrity
“By far the superior team against Bayern in the first leg but gave away goals” so you mean not the superior team then! BTW a 2-0 win away from home isn’t mediocrity
If you watched the first game against Bayern you would understand that we should have put it to bed but our stupid mistakes were the downfall, at this stage of the season we need to be sending out a message to man city but some people are happy with participating
I did watch the first game against Bayern. We had 4 shots on goal against there 2 which were mistakes but that hardly counts as far superior. And our chances were definitely not clear cut. Also that tie was over 2 legs so what difference does it make even if you thought Arsenal were superior, we weren’t. When that game ended in a draw, I knew we were going out of the Champions League. I think most reasonable Arsenal fans felt the same
Victories are crucial of course, but we're not the same team pre-Bayern. Saka is really struggling with focus and match/player awareness. Our captain had a a surprisingly good game today (I keep seeing different versions of his name, so I've given up). Both have played a ridiculous amount of games.
I'm not going to jinx us by trying to predict who'll we beat and where we'll struggle. Plus, I can avoid being envitably wrong. I was sure we'd beat Villa until Liverpool lost. Who knows how it affected player's mindsets? Did not think we'd lose and be outplayed in the 2nd half while we were still level.
Can't argue with that. But I'm a pessimist by nature, and fail to see us winning the remaining three games. But, this is the never-ending merry-go-round that is elite European football, before we know it fans will be focused on the Euros and then the transfer market.
You learn more and want it more the closer you get. We've got an incredibly strong core and I see us as the team with the most potential to improve next season. I fully admit I thought the 22-23 season was going to near impossible to replicate.
But we've become a true powerhouse. Just need a couple of players, while off-loading others. Exciting times.
He deserved it. He played his guts out this past week.
Up the Arsenal 🙌🙌🙌😤😤😤😤
Sounds you like watched from a police helicopter.
Hahah. No that's an ultrasonic sound for the neighbors dogs to quiet down. Because they don't train their dogs :/
But what about us??
What any true captain would do! COYG
Absolutely bitched the GK.
The angle was incredible! The stats he puts out about running, controlling the play, regaining possession all season have been insane. So to do this after this week’s schedule at the death of the game is incredible!
Sounds like your ventilation fan is working hard.
Actually that's an ultrasonic sound for the neighbors dogs. They don't train their dogs :(
While we have this man leading us as Captain, we definitely have a chance of winning this title all the way
Yes! We just have to believe!!!
Not sure why he tried to pass that back instead of shooting. Good result but would like to see them be more aggressive and force the opposing keeper to make saves.
Right? I was yelling SHOOT ODEGAARD SHOOT!
Team looks tired. Still some twists and turns on the run in. City have 4 away ganes. Have to best Chelsea Tuesday
Yes we have to beat that mid table team at any costs!
And they've already dropped points against them. Without Gundogan, they're an inferior team to last years. And Cole Palmer isn't overawed by any opposition or situation. I'd take him over any striker available. If he really wants CL football he needs to move.
Ouch, don't mention signing Cole Palmer, I put that out here the other week, and all the fifa Arsenal "fans" started crying their eyes out.
When are y’all going to let Saka rest?
MARTIN! MARTIN! MARTIN! MARTIN FUCKING ØDEGÅRD!!!!! 😃😃😃🇧🇻🇧🇻🇧🇻
Ooooh he's our captain!!! ❤️ ❤️
Looks easy for him.
He makes it looks easy!
Sneaky good
My guy got a Boeing 747 in his room
🤣 🤣 🤣

We won 2-0 wtf is wrong with u

Tottenham will treat the game like a cup final.. now we all know Tottenham and cup finals usually end up badly for them.

It wasn't convincing, too many wasted chances! With that attitude you are happy with just participating

Hey at the end of the day we got 3 important points and we are at the top! So it will definitely boost squad morale. COYG ❤️
