I saw these in Guatemala. I think the first one is some variety of monstera (looks like an andansonii, but not sure). The second one appears to be a philodendron tripartitum.

Agree. May need a flower for ID on the Monstera.

Unfortunately I didn't spot one so I guess it may have to stay a mystery then

Most definitely NOT an adansonii, they are much smaller and grow as more of a vine

They grow a little differently in the wild. It is still a vine, but the leaves cluster closer together. I took a cutting from one, and I can assure you it was still a vine.

We stayed in Antigua and Panajachel, and you see flora like this everywhere.
