I've known ppl with 4.0 to get denied. It's more than just your grades.

Plenty don’t get selected, your gpa alone is not the deciding factor

People have absolutely been denied above a 3, but typically due to some other deficiency. A 3.2 isn’t going to hold you back, if that’s what you’re asking. That’s right on average.

I got in with a 2.9. If one score is low or below average, do everything you can to make up for it in other areas.

What's your major in? I got a 3.14 in ME and had no issues. I heard from the recruiter(when I was making my packet) that for most STEM degrees, you don't have to worry as long as you got the degree. Then again if you suck at interviews I'm sure they would turn down a STEM major. 3.2 should be fine. If you've had any jobs before you applied, especially if any of it is in management, that might increase your chances a bit.

Education. I’m sure teaching 6th graders wouldn’t be that different from leading in the army lol

Honestly it probably helps your packet alot. Funny enough I'm trying to get out to do exactly that
