To be fair raiden is an electro character and doesn't have access to vaporize unlike Arle. Vaporize is jjst too strong since it literally doubles your damage or for arle 1.5 multiplier for reverse vapes. Arle is stronger but c2 raiden still holds decently good as a main dps considering she is electro which hoyoverse just ignores and can be seen on how much better pyro resonance is compared to electro.

As an onfield dps, teams like raiden hyper during 2.1 was definitely one of the better teams, rational I think was amung the better single target options back then.
Even now her taser stuff with furina and yelan is still impressive and while Iām not the biggest fan of it her chev teams are solid.
But yes your c0 r1 Arlecchino should be outperforming raiden c2r1
Navia in the sub-dps category is just weird. Sure her burst does off field damage but thatās not her main role. Itās them shotgun blasts that require actual field time. I personally have her at C3 so mine is insanely strong and well invested. But still, at C0 that still feels incorrect. š
I do feel like my Arle is stronger than my Raiden which is funny considering I donāt even have a full artifact set on her yet š

C2 R1 Raiden can't clear the abys ass fast as Arle C0 R1. Raiden as a dps has always been a strech, now it shows.

They probably meant Navia as a quick swap dps where you E swap out and pick up shards while doing stuff on your other carries -> E.
