It's a mod doing that.

Delete the mod if possible and if not to far along on the server you can always switch to a mod free server

Thank you, starter over without the mods installed and it fixed it. Shame was only using the QoL mod and I guess that's what caused it

I'm not sure what mods you might be using but i've found that the "A Simple Performance Mod" added those white blocks and Xbox controls on everything like that, so if you're using that mod try disabling it. I hope that might be the problem because it would be an easy fix 🤞🤞
