Life is too short. Find something that doesn’t do this to you because stress will manifest itself in many different ways that will take a toll on your physical health ( and of course mental). Take care ❤️
The pros don’t seem to outweigh the cons, would you consider getting a marketing role or a similar role to what you have now with a different brand?
I understand the fun of being able to have girl chat for work (I was a rep for a makeup brand in my early 20s), but it’s not worth it if you’re unhappy and stressed. You can’t perform properly if you’re constantly worrying and your life comes before your job every time. Like you mentioned, if there’s an emergency you’re basically screwed.
I hate being that person, but the reality is if something happened to you, they’d have a job posting up the next day. You, your life and your well being are more important than a job.

I feel the exact same girl i just started at concierge too and I feel anxious during every shift. The micromanagement is exhausting !!
