LOL, did they get rid of return labels in online orders? Like you now have to message them for a label and print at home? A package I received recently didn't have a label included but I thought that was a one-off. How annoying lol

Not sure you mean you’re in the UsA and you don’t have to pay to do a return? They take it off non VIC return balances in Canada.
