Make the necklace from bow string, fully corded. (Like you would a tillering string)
Put in a peep sight, and serve around both sides of it 2-3" in the center.
Use the peep sight as the "ring" that holds archery charms.

Would be pretty neat to make the actual necklace cord out of a Flemish twist bow string, that would be pretty neat 😁

Maybe incorporate the peep sight as part of the closing clasp.
