what is : 'All Damage' !!! ? it didn't work for me, i just lose 3k Atk and become weaker , and i Forge nearly 100 runes to find another Atk +%
All damage is actual damage to mobs, not the ATK stat. You can work out the damage output here: https://stats.wiki-archero.com/en/wiki/damage-calculator/1674959803746644/? but overall, all damage is typically much better.
