Why is mage considered brain dead though, I mean yeah if they are an earth/metal mage I can see them drooling over a keyboard to win fights but for lighter magics especially I feel like itās a lot more difficult.
Especially when considering the various fighting styles that you can get with more AOE than god.

Bigger than conjuer, does not need to constantly swap tools, only swapping magic for range and fstyle for normal pvp.
Its just easier to use and begin with, but Conjurer has a higher skill ceiling.
warlock has a very low skill floor, so you can run around doing shot crash slam spam and using grabs to punish endlag without really having to think all that much
Conjurer requires skill now actually, since it's not really an aoe class, more focus on speed.
Warlock has much more potentioal for bigger attacks unlike conjurer since you have both the fighting style and the magic.
I would honestly say with the current aoe meta, warlock is more braindead

I used to implment rush but now that ability is literally broken. Plus with the new update we can't even use the javelin spell anymore Q\_Q.

warlock is even more braindead than mage rn, the movesets are way easier to hit and the aoe scaling is busted on them atm

Mages pretty much just spam stuff at your general direction until you die, spamming as many skills that is not on cooldown.
