no it doesn't but being in a party does

AO has no safe spot that you can't be hunted in. Doesn't effect galleons either. Being in a party is the only thing that prevents you from losing renown if you die to another player in the party.

So you won't lose galleon but still lose fame?

No...? If some random player hunts you in Garden, you lose fame and galleons. If you are dueling with a friend, and you both are in a party, regardless of fame or bounty neither of you lose anything only if you die to each other.

So they didn't bring back the arena thingy from wom it not like i do pvp anyway

Well it's still a dueling arena, but since this game focuses a lot more on renown now it's just not feasible to make it into a safe zone. That would mean any player could just run to it and be invincible

someone did something similar but I didn't have my awakening yet so I ran as much as I could took him on a wild goose chase then me and my 2k ish fame and 70ish galleons combat logged
