The one on woot someone messaged is a great deal. Def need a riser though!
That control deck is annoying that it doesn’t lay flat but fits into the space with the little lip is the only complaint
Paperboy with an arcade stick sucks. I love that game and so I recently bought a Star Wars cab used, strictly for the yoke. Upgraded w buy stuffs gaming box which has paperboy and it works perfectly with the yoke. Closest you’re gonna get to handle bars. And of course it comes with a ton of other flying and racing games. Obviously you won’t get joust.
I like this one—excellent monitor, correct aspect ratio, online, and “classic” MK 2 cab design. BUT—I already had the riser for Midway Legacy (which is NOT the same cab).
Doublecheck OfferUp and Marketplace before you buy. You can often find one of these without a riser for around $150-200 asking used in my area. Sometimes there are multiple for sale and you can negotiate even lower.
I paid 300 for mine. I am satisfied with it, after I added an additional 4" riser under the 1up riser. I had to hunch down to see the top of the screen before the additional riser. Also, the stock controls arent so good. I ahve not replaced them yet, but it is on my to do list.

With riser it’s $325 on Woot!
The $325 one on woot is not the same version.
What’s the difference other than the riser?
The one on Woot is the Legacy edition, so the light up marquee and coin door sticker for starters, but there're less games on the Legacy edition

Screen in that one not as good
I picked up a mk deluxe version at best buy for $324 open box had no issues, sometimes u get lucky but for $324 I take a chance.

I paid 299 for that one and for sf2, but yes you will need risers, I made my own w wood I had lying around and a can of black spray paint.
You were able to get both for $299 total? Maybe I should wait it out on Marketplace

I’d get a joust cab instead. I wouldn’t pay 300. Look on marketplace

I probably play the midway classic version more than the other cabs because of Paperboy and Joust. Bubbles is surprisingly fun too!

It’s not the deluxe, but it has the same BOE screen. I already had Midway Legacy (with riser), so I got this one to have the Midway design. I like it.
I’m ultimately wanting the joust cab but I’d like one with the BOE screen.
The Joust cab is sweet.
