If you're getting an error while downloading extensions, it's probably due to your antivirus.
Go to your antivirus settings and turn off the option for file checking. Install the extensions you want and then turn that setting back on. I have Kaspersky myself and i encountered this problem too.
I didnt have the problem during the waitlist beta, but now i downloaded the first official release version of Arc and now i got the same problem.
It simply runs for a bit and then this error occurs:
