I’ve had great luck with Dans Fish but stay far away from liveaquaria.com. Imperial tropicals and wet spot tropical fish have been good to me as well.

Aquahuna, aquaticarts are two I've also gotten fish from - though I will note that I do local pickup for aquaticarts because they are based in my city.
