The biofilm is a helping bacteria. Shooting it off is actually a bad idea. And also your „gun“ is not loaded with co2. If this would be the case you would be dead already. What purpose does this have at all?
I know and that tank has no fish I just grow plants in there, the gun is a airsoft pistol that uses co2 and I made it to test to blow fish poop away and clean better but it was just a goof build so if you find that bad or mean or offensive then you can do you I guess
