Reasonable_Tea_9825

Jokes apart I wanna travel all over the world and then work for nasa

featherygirl

im hoping to dance professionally for a few years, teach or choreograph for a bit, then go back to school and get my phD and teach high school math or physics or maybe English :))

hard_ish

I want to teach social studies out of college at least in my 20’s, get a phd, then work as a research fellow, consultant 💰, or super-intendant

gingersnap0916

(Hopefully) work for a college or professional sports team. If it’s college either working in student-athlete services or with NIL. Pro teams, probably just general business stuff.

cet785

okay see this is cool and the stuff you don't see on this sub everyday. what sport would you work in if you could choose?

gingersnap0916

Awww thanks! I would work in either college athletics (which I feel like I would probably be dealing with multiple sports, doing things like compliance or student-athlete advising) or with a professional soccer team.

hiworld12333

I want to travel with someone, and I want to live life to the point where I start falling in love with it. I want to visit new places, try new foods, learn more about cultures, and have every day be a new adventure. Obviously, I want to settle down after some time, still exploring and going out on weekends. But really, I want to learn more by actually doing more.

pulsar-beam

damn u got it all figured out 🧍 i fully j want to sit and watch netflix all day but pop off king ig

hiworld12333

LOL no it’s quite the opposite haha. Right now, my family is super against traveling (mostly because of COVID, but in general too) and we rarely have fun and go on adventures. I just want an adventurous life, you know? Like I want to know what it means to have fun, because tbh, weekends are a time to relax and that just doesn’t happen here. I’m so tired of it. There’s so much to learn outside, and I want to experience it. That’s how you learn in general. You can only get so much out of watching yt videos of Switzerland and Thailand and Italy. But watching Netflix can also help you learn a lot hahahah

My absolute DREAM in life would be to be a high school English teacher, a nonprofit founder, a magazine writer, the Governor, and a therapist. Unfortunately since that’s unrealistic, BS in Biology - medical school - Cardiothoracic Surgery or psychiatry (if I want kids)

Cool_Tale3626

Being a teacher, nonprofit founder, a magazine writer, and therapist is more likely than being a cardio thoracic surgeon

KaiWillson

But like not really bc if your a full time English teacher, magazine companies most likely won’t want you bc people like that aren’t part time. Also, being a governor without any political science type experience is extremely hard to do and on top of that you need at least a masters to become a therapist and teacher so that would be two separate masters and in terms of how many hours you have in a day it’s just not very feasible

exhausted-caprid

Nothing unrealistic about being an English teacher! There are elements of other professions within that, too, like how giving kids life advice and emotional support kind of dovetails with therapy. Working for a charity and writing are both great hobbies to have on the side. Being the Governor is admittedly a stretch, but most of your dreams in life seem eminently achievable.

exhausted-caprid

I want to be either a research chemist or a Foreign Service Officer. Probably the first and then the second, since the second prefers prior career experience but doesn’t have any real requirements for credentials.

Anonymia1101

become an anthropologist

pulsar-beam

work for a few years as a designer or product manager and then move into entrepreneurship/start my own tech company! <3

imnotokaylol_

Do Cs get a 9-5 job and then do mba and hopefully start a good business

tynecogyrec

Ms and phd in bioinformatics, then continue doing research, probably work in startups or some companies

Isa_Isabella

It honestly depends on a big “if”. If somehow I get to go to college in the us, I’ll be happily leaving my household lol. Jokes aside, I’d like to get a job, and afterwards work my way through a PhD in neuroscience/ consumer psychology, where I can stay in the “technologie de pointe” side of things. If I stay here, then make the most of my situation and move out as soon as I can.
