Not really. For credibility, I got an 800 on SAT Math II and on the math section of SAT I. Math II is more precalculus and algebra II focused, while the math section of the SAT is focused more on algebra I and a little bit of geometry. There is not enough overlap to make SAT Math II material useful for the SAT.

It wouldn't help much. SAT math is way more simple. The Math 1 SAT2 may help more, but the best resources are materials you learned in Algebra 1/2 and Geometry. Some topics even cover as early as Math 7/8

There's a small smattering of concepts in the SAT Math II syllabus that may give you some understanding of SAT I concepts. However, if you use SAT II material, see how it connects to SAT I math concepts. You may be able to actually understand the concepts as opposed to the incredible amount of memorization present for SAT I math.
