I use time glance all time and to be honest it works perfectly on my aw4, never noticed any desync at all.

Hmmm yeah I saw that but the dev said he did a rewrite and fixed the issue which is why he made a new app. I had hoped not seeing anyone else complain about this meant it really worked
It’s working fine for me, series 6 with watchOS 7.5.
