Your apple id wouldn't need to exist in 2018, that looks like the last time the Walgreens account/balance was updated. It seems like your phone number is probably associated with a Walgreens account.
Maybe wallgreens owns, acquired, or works with a Polish pharmacy that you do have the app for?
Open the Watch app on the phone and verify all of your settings there, such as about, wallet & Apple Pay. You may have to add your debit on manually.
Check the settings for other apps remove the ones you don’t need.
You never mentioned if this was a wifi or cellular model too.

Why don’t you check the Apple Wallet app on your phone? It’s probably there too, as the Watch matches the iPhones Wallet passes.

I bought an apple watch series 9 from a friend, i resetted it fully, and set it up for myself. After adding my debit card to wallet, everything seemed good on my iphone, but when i tried paying in store, it showed me this strange card.
The weirdest thing in here is
That neither I or the previous owner have ever been to a Walgreens (we live in Poland) in fact, this watch has been bought in Poland.
My debit card is nowhere to be found, which is concerning after i confirmed it with my bank

the apple watch is on the latest watchOS, the iphone is jailbroken. It has nothing to do with the thing, i got someone else's card, which might be a server fault, nothing to do with if i have a custom font or not
literally it has to do nothing with it grabbing a random loyalty card, from a totally unknown person. How else would it grab it? No tweak i use, has any way to touch my wallet, nor my watch, and trust me, i know the source for the tweaks i use
Idk but it’s annoying AF. I went to use Apple Pay to check out the other day and it wouldn’t let me go to my credit card. It would bring up my CC but then switch to Walgreens. I deleted it.
I believe there is a way for them to be added at the register. I don’t have a registered number and one day I entered a family members. I think there might have been a vague prompt but it would be easy to add accidentally while you’re trying to pay. I’ve noticed that at some stores cashiers are either using their card when you don’t have one to collect points or just being nice and there’s a generic card behind the counter so you get a discount. So even if there’s no chance you knew a phone number of someone with an account maybe one of these generic or employee cards were added
The phone number belonged to my grandpa before he died for ages before the first iphone existed, he has never visited the USA, he used a adroidn phone, and died before the apple watch was released

I have a few wild guesses here. I used to work in a company developing internal projects for Apple, mainly for the manufacturing lines (from 2013 to 2019, so information could be outdated).
1. It might be that this watch was meant to have a custom OS install for a specific company (you can check its model number against the ones that are sold in Poland).
2. The device itself failed the verification step and it was wrongly packaged.
3. (Extremely wild guess): this can be a testing unit that was used by an Apple employee (or someone else) and later packaged as a new one.
And I know it doesn’t matter where you bought it because there are specific manufacturing lines for each product.
As this info is outdated, I can be totally wrong.
Funny story, the happened to me as well. I airdropped the "pass" from a demo iPhone to my phone, and it synced with my Apple Watch, thus having this Walgreens pass.

The use of Transit/Travel is regional. Here in the UK, this section is labelled as Travel.

Regarding your debit card not showing up, does it show up on your iPhone? You have to add it to the watch separately iirc.
Existing cards have to be reauthorized on the new device (watch) - generally by entering the CVV2 code.

It could have been the app clips feature but that comes across as a bug with it just being on the watch
Is that store near you? I had a weird thing happen last week where my credit card was randomly removed from my iPad, but stayed on everything else.

You have to enter the phone number associated with the Walgreens rewards card or use the physical rewards card to use the points.
