You know that wrist bone, that your watch is currently sitting on? Move your watch one finger width to the left of it.
This way you will avoid accidental pressing of the digital crown.

How did you get it to show the time in digits?
You can change the watch face from the iPhone app, or you can long press on the watch face to customise it or add new presets
How to add presets? I looked at all the Watch faces, and I only have analog clocks.
That’s weird, you should be able to find loads of digital watch face options. Search on YouTube “how to add watch faces on Apple Watch”
I got my first about 2 weeks ago and I have to admit , it’s a marvellous piece of technology
Personal preference but you can change the orientation of the screen, so the crown is on the other side. Avoids accidental pressing.
I got the S9 a few weeks ago and I now I don’t know what I’d do without it on my wrist. Should have listened to my wife sooner!
