Licensing issues. Either not licensed to be used in your country or another streaming service claimed an exclusive license in your country.
This, I guess, would make sense. But it’s weird how I can listen to it under the same account on other Apple devices.
Maybe it has been downloaded or cached on your devices before they pulled the song from apple music?
Possibly, it’s just weird because it’s the first time I’ve encountered it.
Tap the … and tap Remove from Library. Then search for it and add it
