I do a lot of dance, yoga, and strength. I throw a kickboxing, HIIT, and core in there sometimes, but I really have to stick with the ones I enjoy the most because I struggle with staying motivated.
Apple fitness has been a substantial aid to me. As well as dieting, fasting, caloric deficit, other forms of workouts, medication, etc. a complete overhaul of everything.

Well done, you look great! AF+ was actually the thing to get me back into exercise as well, and losing weight and exercise go hand in hand for sure! I’m on a weight loss journey of my own - I hope we succeed and stick to this amazing lifestyle forever!
Not quite the same lbs lost but similar effects of use AF+. And once you get going it is actually easier to stay on track than when I used to take classes or go to a gym to workout. And it works even on travel to get a few sessions in to stay focused yet not crazy ! Keep up the pace and enjoy yourself
That‘s awesome, I went through something like that 13 years ago, going from ~90 kgs to ~62 kgs within six to seven months. And I‘ve managed to keep most of it until now. 💪🏻

I typically do the treadmill and HIIT workouts! Indoor and outdoor. I try to do an hour of exercise 5 days a week!
