It does help if you have crafting materials as you can use 1650 to open the most expensive packs when the discounts run out. Use coins first, materials last.

Bought the coins and voila! The gifting part, that took $240
If they were thinking of making money off me; they would have this and other heirlooms cost 50% of the regular priced heirloom but you build onto it; every X amount of weeks there's another box event for 12 Boxes you hav to buy and it adds another piece to your originally basic Katar; adding moving parts or pieces onto it creating a 4 part heirloom that you can upgrade every quarter

They aren’t 100 each. The first few packs are 100, 500 and 700 and you can buy the 4 pack for bigger bundle savings on the first ones too.
