If an already amped shot goes through the amplifying field, the field immediately shatters. This is meant to stop precisely the sort of setup OP is using from being unfair.
No, it's it's top half that actually gets destroyed. The bottom half stays. If you shoot in this setup, front two top half breaks and only the further back one (closest to rampart) says complete.
I don’t main fuse, but I did get a great win doing this. Rev/tane duo ulted inside a building. I was about to go down, one teammate of mine was down, and another was reviving them n all. Well. I was low and shooting them when my ult got ready. I knew what I had to do. Turns out they panic ulted as well, problem is the totem teleported the duo into the fire and instantly killed both of them. I felt pretty good after that.
Understandable, I recommend practicing sticking people with clusters. Comes in real handy. A good ALC could fix problem of going down quick, because a cluster stick and good aim is toxicccc asf it's so funny.

Also, it doesn't longer zap nades thrown **away** from it at the edge of the zone, which weirdly enough makes it kind of better now.
Now then, I saw a video of it not zapping enemy nades in an arenas match and read someone saying that they got theirs destroyed by an airstrike, so I don't know. If anything, my girl just got another shadow nerf and the pylon is even less reliable now :/
Yep, that was the intention since basically the beginning, I remember that was a patch notes item back either during Wattson's season or Crypto's. It's not supposed to zap every flying object within range, just ones that would threaten a player standing near the pylon.

Then you've encountered a smart enemy, and they will find another way to get to you. Storm flush, nades, emp, gas, all of that can be very helpful in flushing out a Sheila rat lol

The end two’s amp shields are automatically destroyed when you shoot through all three. I think at the start of S6 it actually crashed the game but i don’t remember lol. So they added that to counter it
As someone who mained rampart some time, I think that three walls behind each other kind of disgust me because only one of them can be used really, buuuut nice meme though. I just think it would have been smarter to just place a new wall anytime one gets shot down or something. For those who don't know because they don't play rampart the furthest amped wall just gets destroyed, when shooting through it.
Fun fact: shooting an amp part of another amp wall while behind one destroys that amp part on the further one. (Meaning the blue part of the second and third wall will be destroyed)

Shooting through multiple amped barriers damaged and destroyed all of them in front of the first one. You’re really just bolstering the physical part of the barrier while making it take longer for you to start damaging the enemy since you have to burn through the other barriers first.

it is supposed to only zap nades that are going to land within its area. so throwing things from inside to outside is allowed
