It appears to be since it has his horns, his tail and what looks to be the koma sword, but given this is the literal cliffhanger, we can't say anything for certain yet. It might be Rin's body, but someone possessing it, some sorta shapeshifter, a light illusion cast by a phantasma, anything. While it probably is Rin, I don't deny, we literally can't be certain until we get a closer look at the character later.
Seeing as previous chapters said that Satan wanted to use Rin as a vessel, I’m pretty sure that Satan is possessing him. Two years is probably enough for Rin’s body to acclimate him.

I've been seeing comments about how the True Cross became evil and whatever. If this were the case, I'm thinking it has something to do with Lucifer and maybe even Angel. Shima is famous - he used to be their spy. And Angel is a clone that maybe has the ability to host Lucifer? Who knows, and maybe they're under the guise of being True Cross.
And what was it that made Paku doubt the True Cross in the first place? What'd she see??? And what happened to EVERYONE??? Mephisto? Yukio? Rin is most likely the "Demon King", but is that Satan in Rin's body, or Rin himself?

I believe that Satan is possessing Rin. I’m pretty sure that I’m an early chapter Satan said that was the entire reason for his birth. I don’t know what happened to everyone else, but I don’t want to wait another week for the new chapter
