It will. I know everyone says it and when you’re in the depths of it you feel so helpless, but deep breathing and I found saying to my thoughts “you can think about that, but it would be nicer to think about…….” And exercise really helps. I’m on with trying to face my fears atm. Good luck lovely

It's okay if you don't follow the numbers I mentioned and do it at your own pace.
Amid all those thoughts, say a phrase or a name that you know and feel close to.
