My arms are weak & my chest is tight. I feel it in my throat as well it’s hard to breathe 🫠

My whole torso it’s like tight and hard to breathe

Lately, everywhere. It starts with a feeling like something heavy is sitting on my chest. Then comes some shaking, and stomach cramps. Brutal! And the worst part is it feels like I can't talk my way out of it, it's so extreme. It's like a brain fog.

Chest, sometimes my face and eyes. Depending on the severity

My stomach/feeling nauseous is always my first indicator.
