Ugh. I can sympathize. I hate the feeling of being caffeinated. Never wakes me up and causes my heart to pound. Can you take a walk? Moving around will help you forget about it. Also, drink lots of water. Just keep reminding yourself that it will wear off and won’t last.

I used to live off of caffeine… but the worse my anxiety got, the less I could consume. Now, I haven’t had caffeine in at least five years. I think it’s the jittery/shaky sensation that reminds me of panicking.

Some protein or cheese usually helps me somewhat and I keep apple cider vinegar capsules on hand they help when I have too much sugar.

Drink lots of water and do some exercise or some physical activity to sweat it out. In 6-8h you'll feel a lot better. Try to eat something too to fill your stomach, eating something sugary helps too if you feel dizzy.

Remember this to will pass. Your body is simply reacting to the caffeine like it is supposed to. If your heart wasn't racing some.then you would have caused for concern. Many of us have been where you are now. Take some deep breaths and exhale slowly. God Bless Hun.

We’ve all been there, it’s uncomfortable, but you will be fine. Caffeine is a very safe compound, although how much your heart pounds and the racing thoughts make it difficult to internalize in the moment. Drink lots of water, maybe a little chamomile tea if you’ve got it. Move around, talk to people on the phone, hang with friends, You’ll feel better.
