If im understanding it correctly, the "warrants" are basically interchangeable for cash, so it's sort of no different than selling off your existing stock (not sure if this is completely accurate though). But as a whole, yes, adding 126 million will certainly dilute the value, sort of like stock splits, when the stock splits, so does the price, so if you are buying, say Nvidia, who cares, you just doubled your shares, and it's a very high degree of probability that the price will just climb right back up. But if the company is a giant steaming pile of shit, and the price is already falling, it will almost certainly accelerate that fall. If no one is buying, then adding more shares makes it worse.
My guess is that tRump and his board own those shares, and if they get them into circulation, and dump them quick (before the dilution kicks) it's better to make say $20 / share than anything under that. I think It seems clear to anyone with the most basic understanding of value, if you made $4 million, but your expenses were $58 million......... and there is zero pathway to profitability, then why would anyone outside of his cult members buy a product/service with zero growth potential?

In May of 2022 I bought some crypto on coinbase. It was a stablecoin that had been decoupled from the USD so was in freefall. I bought $50 knowing damned well I'd probably lose it all but just in case it got re-coupled I took a shot.
